Indeed, fellow molecular biologist! Luckily I work with plants, so we can manipulate to our hearts' content. But I have thought a lot about ways to communicate the new and developing paradigm of genetics that includes interplay, signaling, epigenetics, etc. Looking back at my earliest coursework I can think of so many things that have changed in the field.
