Glad I’m not being picky here! There is something off-kilter from the rest of the industry
- jiraistheworst 4y agoI don't think it is an emergency, but I do think this is a symptom of a toxic organization. In the meantime, I would try hard not to focus on it too much. Do a rough breakout in your head on how much time for the day you spent on each ticket then allocate that to the 15min blocks. It's not like they can fact check you on it
