Apple will take a hit, but they will still come out on top there's no way they don't since they have a massive advantage even with the most drastic of proposed anti-monopoly talks. Unless they have foolish short term thinking and make careless restructuring mistakes in attempts to maintain the "old way", and judging by some of the board and their public comments... that might be a real concern.
