Bingo. I think the focus should be on effective ways to help poor contries, reduce policical risks, improve market flow, make everyone richer, without being stupid about it. Cut out coal plants as soon as we can, research into geoengineering, renewable, etc. On our current path of technological improvement CO2 will be a non issue in a decade or two.
