- Nasrudith 4y agoBecause it is a classic voter suppression tactic for dirty tricksters along with misschedulings and "vote by the circular file" deceptions. Given that said campaign tactics are outright illegal in many places "inappropriate" isn't quite the best fit but not exactly wrong. Like describing an assassination attempt as inappropriate or rude and inconsiderate.
