Like god damn that’s the opposite of posturing. Interesting view. I don't really see the new amendments to Title IX as any more "overtly progressive" as the original amendment. It's just an adjustment to definitions to recognize some more people who are typically discriminated against (and to whom we believe that is unjust). The concept is really no different.
