BTW, just remembered second special case for copyright laws exceptions - anybody could use LIMITED PARTS of others artworks or even algorithms, for art purposes - to show something in artwork, or to mock others behavior. Limited part mean, it must be large enough to show, what You want, but no more. This is also very subjective matter, so, for example, Hollywood cutting really important scenes from movies, which change whole narrative, or just make different versions for different markets (usually, US,EU, an Asia versions), to just fit in some country(es).
