I am not skeptical of human caused global warming in the least but I am hugely skeptical of our ability to coordinate and solve a problem even a 1/10th as complex. I would never express this to a pollster though as I don't want to be lumped in with crazy climate deniers and this isn't exactly a nuanced topic.
