Moving from one store that takes a 30% cut to a store you own makes a lot of sense if you can carry over at least 70% of your paying customers.
- yunwal 4y agoMay not even need to be 70% of your customers if you have costs that scale with the number of customers. 30% is a fraction of revenue, not profits.
