I have a relative who does that for their only job - drive and deliver for Doordash, Ubereats, and Wal-mart's in-house delivery service. It's possible to find pretty steady work across all the apps for those, particularly when there's multiple deliveries overlapping on similar routes. I'm not sure if it's quite a living wage overall, particularly considering car maintenance and depreciation which hasn't really hit yet.
