- jaclaz 4y agoI think we would need some more details, this: >On the nights before games (more efficient than during the heat of the day), water in the tank is cooled to 5 degrees Celsius (41 Fahrenheit), Ghani said. The energy comes from a solar farm outside Doha, he said. doesn't sound right (to me), that cooling water is easier in the night is fine, but that it is powered (during the night) by a solar farm implies a huge buffer/storage for energy which is not mentioned in the article. Also, how exactly is the water cooled?
