We just had to deal with this, there is a fork of the repository here https://github.com/pythonforfacebook/facebook-sdk https://github.com/pythonforfacebook/facebook-sdk I think part of the reason they removed the repository was because there were some changes to the way they handled the cookies, this fork however fixes that and does work.
