The candidate is expected to consider (or at least acknowledge) much of the above when replying to open-ended questions, perhaps asking the interviewer which topic they would like to deep dive into. To me it sounds like the questions were written by someone more senior who will review the answers later since face-fo-face discussions might not be possible
