I have been on projects that go nowhere when started, but as soon as the politics are settled down and everyone is rowing in the same direction productivity is unlocked. Then, a reorg happens. But yes, please measure how many lines of code I write.
- leetrout 4y agoBingo. This has been my experience as well. It's like once you reach a certain level of management mirrors don't exist and problems only exist elsewhere in the org.
