- SilverBirch 4y agoIt's not a legal document, it's a press release. There will be legal documents involved in the arrest but we're unlikely to see them.
- 2T1Qka0rEiPr 4y agoOK sorry bad terminology. Nonetheless from a legal authority. The SEC's press release (https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2022-219 https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2022-219) is much more in keeping with what I would expect.
