I have fond memories of being in my late teens and getting the newly released CD of the Twin Peaks TV soundtrack and listening to it on repeat for weeks. I hadn’t ever purchased a CD anything like that up to that point, but had enjoyed the show and really loved the music.

- baandang 4y agoNot really. The magic is in Badalamenti's harmony. Julee Cruise - Floating into the Night is one of my all time favorite albums. The Art of Being a Girl is just nothing without Badalamenti. You can hear this even more so with the Badalamenti and Dolores O'Riordan songs. Badalamenti was just a wizard with a type of introspective melancholy.
