- neltnerb 4y agoIn Canada, on the way back to Massachusetts, I needed to download a repaired version of my COVID card. But the Massachusetts Government Website, that you need access to in order to do things that citizens of the state need to do regardless of their location, silently blocked Canadian IP addresses.
