Probably not too bad since labour costs in rural areas are very low. I'm not sure what they are now, but unskilled labour used to be about $3 a day. I remember when I was in India seeing guys climbing telephone poles with no safety equipment whatsoever, just raggedy street clothes and flip flop sandals.
