- jazzyjackson 4y agoWhatever, he's been talking plenty in Twitter Spaces, pretty much confessing to co-mingling funds.

- ceejayoz 4y agoYou don’t have to be under oath for it to be evidence.
- ParaLaffer 4y agoYour honor, my client confessed to the murder while in police custody, in fact -- we have it on tape. But we're not allowed to use it since it was not under oath. Shucks.
- pkaye 4y agoApparently he was not going to testify. https://www.cnbc.com/2022/12/12/former-ftx-ceo-sam-bankman-fried-refuses-to-testify-by-senate-banking-.html https://www.cnbc.com/2022/12/12/former-ftx-ceo-sam-bankman-f...
- neonate 4y agoThat article says he was scheduled to testify before the House ("Bankman-Fried is scheduled to appear at a House Financial Services Committee hearing on Tuesday that will focus on his company's collapse") while refusing to testify before the Senate.
- CSMastermind 4y agoOr the feds knew he was secretly planning to flee or something else. Hard to tell. Though I do wish he had testified and further incremented himself.
