Interestingly, if you remove "ensemble", then it reverses it.
So:
"Nous parlons français ensemble." -> "We speak English together."
"Nous parlons français ensemble" -> "We all speak French"
"Nous parlons français." -> "We speak French."
"Nous parlons français" -> "We speak English"
