Are there any predominantly rural areas that aren't being depopulated? Which I feel sad to even say out loud. My grandparents' lovely small town in the south faced this, both from Walmart and from the young moving to get jobs. Actually my other grandparents in another small town in another state also had this too. Both are 30mins away from bigger towns.
