- galleywest200 4y agoSimilarly there is https://text.npr.org/ https://text.npr.org/
- greggarious 4y agoI tried to post both but got rate limited :-)
- chadlavi 4y agoEvery major website should do this.
- kristianp 4y agoIs there only one page?
- greggarious 4y agoI don’t know
- DNied 4y agoNice, but I wish they opted for an RSS feed instead.
- greggarious 4y agoCan't most readers parse a feed like this into one? I think they also have RSS but I don't actually read much CNN
- Emonroe7 4y agoSo no ads, unrelated videos, excessive links, etc., etc., etc.? I like this much more. Reminds me of a slightly simpler time.
- greggarious 4y ago>I like this much more. Reminds me of a slightly simpler time. I don't know if it was intended to be public? A... contact... emailed it to me. I got the impression they did... that... because I found NPR's equivalent (text.npr.org) after I ran a tool that tries every word in the dictionary as a possible subdomain.[1] (One of their former interns went on to be a spy in the one of the local FFRDCs apparently? There should be a dichotomy between those in the media and those doing intelligence/"defense" work IMHO.) [1] I release the code into the public domain -- happy holidays!! https://pastebin.com/n79JBtdQ https://pastebin.com/n79JBtdQ
