A loosely related complaint: it's surprisingly hard to present 3d animations. I've held my nose and used p5.js and three.js. Web VPython is almost what I want, but it's a nightmare to host locally. Just making an arrow (cylinder with conical cap) in three.js or p5.js is kind of tedious.
