- sharemywin 4y agoThe thing is most people don't have the ability to move so local and state government can cause as much or more havoc on some ones life than the feds. and the way the states have rigged the maps most state legislators aren't even ruled by a majority. And if gave the government less power don't worry billionaires and corporations rush in with the lawyers to manipulate laws to fill in the power gap. look how Elon M is working to turn Twitter into 4chan
