Ask HN: Is one C Corp enough for multiple micro startups?
I was wondering if one 'C Corp' registered company(via Stripe Atlas) could suffice for multiple unrelated web based software products and services. I might add employees to each of them in future as well. Primary reason for company registration is to facilitate Strip account for payment etc.
- dylanhassinger 4y agoyes probably 1 parent corp, its an incubator which has employees those employees work on products and service offerings company can then spin off individual product/service if one takes off
- ReD_CoDE 4y agoGood idea For instance Meta is a C corp, and Instagram is an LLC one
- auroralimon 4y agojust use LLCs, much easier, one per startup. need almost no paperwork.
