I just finished watching a video on "how to walk" just before visiting HN: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3iLJ0frWE9E https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3iLJ0frWE9E I have been suffering from chronic achilles tendonitis due to decades of walking/running with outward foot pronation. The techniques discussed in the other videos of this youtube channel have helped.
