FWIW I used to work there and you might be right that just walking around the circle is boring, but the majority of the square footage of Apple Park is beautiful green spaces that aren't right at the circle or even necessarily within view of it. You could probably spend at least a few hours walking along every distinct path and have very few repeated views.
