One thing I'd like to add is that you do not have the computing power to generate a large language or vision model. Period. Unless you have hundreds of thousands of dollars for compute time you are just not going to do anything interesting with model building and AI. Upgrading existing systems with AI is probably where it's at using existing models like stable diffusion, GPT-3 or some of the smaller downloadable language models if the task is very simple and the economics of using GPT-3 don't make sense.
