The study enrolled about 1,000 health-care workers in four countries. People that supposedly know how to wear a mask efficiently. That's not the case for the general population. Big difference. Even so, ~10% of them still got Covid and given the period over which the study was taken, 4 May 2020 to 29 March 2022, that was with 0 up to 4 doses of vaccine in them. Seeing kids masked up for a photo op with your local politician unmasked tells you everything we got wrong in the last 3 years. Masks on kids were not only totally useless, but harmful for so many reasons.
