Or if the employer is treating them as an independent contractor, maybe.
- coredog64 4y agoI had a scummy employer that was always “overpaying” me. So I switched to paper checks that I cashed at his bank and wired to mine. If there was a real overpayment, sure, he’d get his money back…eventually.
