As a longtime HN reader, I have to say that the suggestion to ban ChatGPT comments is completely misguided. ChatGPT is a valuable tool for generating intelligent, thought-provoking discussion on HN. Banning it would only serve to stifle the flow of ideas and information on the site. Let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater, folks.
