Lichess has a bot (https://lichess.org/@/turochamp-2ply https://lichess.org/@/turochamp-2ply) that is a re-implementation of the chess engine mentioned in this paper. It has a rating of 1600 (for blitz and rapid games), so it should have a FIDE rating of 1200-1300.
