Since most tech companies don't pay dividends, I'm very curious as to which company you're referring to.
- pianoben 4y agoA small tech company whose founders decided that they preferred to take cash out of their startup rather than pursue a VC-desired exit. In other words, they converted their startup into what is sometimes known as a "small business".
