The usual answer is, "Find a "technical co-founder." How do you do that? Maybe ask Google; it should find relevant blog posts, articles, etc. The problem is worth solving, and I'm not sure Amazon has the right incentives to solve it themselves, so there might be a market, e.g. for a freemium browser plugin.
