I did not see anything at all in this study that said either of those things.
It says "volatile pay is stressful in a bad way" but makes no claim about stress as a whole?
- TillE 4y agoHigh blood pressure is bad.
- cinntaile 4y agoThe thing that is common among all those low- and highpaying jobs with volatile pay is that those are jobs where you have to deal with constant stress.
- Spivak 4y agoYes and it's able to immediately explain away "oh well they're low income so that's the cause of their health issues." Nope, the same thing happens to millionaires, it's the stress.
- coldtea 4y agoIt says "volatile pay is stressful and affects health badly". Not about "stress in a bad way" as opposed to some "good stress".
