Generally, retirement accounts are low-risk investments, since people rely on them for a stable retirement. What would you do if you placed your entire retirement fund in crypto assets that crashed in value? I'm not saying this could never happen with traditional retirement accounts, but personally I'm hoping to retire with a diverse set of assets.
