- propogandist 4y agoGoogle does not want anyone remembering their service can go down. Traditional “tech news” sites won’t cover this either, as it’ll bring attention to the ads that power their properties and may inadvertently encourage people to get ad-block, if they call out the presence of ads. Either way, Google’s PR team will be cranking out some distractions shortly.
