- jupp0r 4y agoNobody is arguing that Google is not legally allowed to do this. People here merely argue that it's not a smart business move to make employees unhappy when the company has spent (and wants to spend in the future) lots of money to make and keep employees happy. Google is not a shoe producer or Cobalt mine in case you haven't noticed.
