Clearly, FTC, doesn't take Nintendo seriously as potential competition for Sony and Microsoft. Maybe they do this to try to get support from Microsoft regarding the Apple and Google App Store. Anyways some what expected but still disappointing. Feels like FTC could fooled by Sony in my opinion.
