- danielharan 15y agoSure: I was the founding CEO, and wasn't scaling with the company. I helped hire a CEO with more industry experience who already knew most of our potential partners - one of them had actually offered him a senior position. I left on good terms with a decent severance package and kept a good chunk of equity.
