"Wearable devices can capture physical activity patterns that are not typically measured in leisure time exercise. In a study of over 25,000 nonexercisers in the UK Biobank, brief bursts of vigorous intermittent lifestyle physical activity (VILPA) were associated with a significant reduction in all-cause, cardiovascular disease, and cancer mortality. These results suggest that small amounts of VILPA can have a substantial impact on health outcomes, and may be a suitable target for physical activity interventions in people who are unable or unwilling to exercise."
— ChatGPT Summary
- mdp2021 4y agoAlready the first sentence shows the ANN construct has misunderstood the point! It would be a shortening of > Wearable devices can capture unexplored movement patterns such as brief bursts of vigorous intermittent lifestyle physical activity (VILPA) that is embedded into everyday life, rather than being done as leisure time exercise
- DantesKite 4y agoI'm not sure I understand what you mean, could you clarify?
- mdp2021 4y agoSorry for the delay. When you compose a summary, it is paramount that you understand the original text. Otherwise, the product would be a bad report. An example of misunderstanding is already that first sentence 'Wearable devices ... time exercise'. It does not express what the Abstract of the submitted article expresses. It is not a good summary.

- a9h74j 4y agoIn auto shop, we were told that a car should be run at high rpm routinely enough to remove/prevent a hard wear edge in a cylinder, which could then present a hard limit if the that car was once, rarely, run at high accelleration/power. I recall a reference to the piston rods stretching more at higher rpm. So you don't want to buy the used car "which was only driven to church on Sunday."
