Thanks for the comment. I do not believe many see technology as a tool and have very unhealthy relationships with them. It is what inspired me to write a book about my own unhealthy relationship with it. Reflecting on my own experiences, I believe picking the bad parts might suggest unhealthy relationships with these tools, which can be improved if one has the awareness and strength to do so.
