I woke up and forgot I have it until stumbled upon this post. Have had it since I can remember, though two events have exhacerbated it a little: (1) one day at a metal concert I was playing drums and a big amplifier banged all out of a sudden while I was near it; and (2) the pandemic, not sure if when I had covid or the moderna/astra zeneca vaccines (had the AZ shot and got covid syntomps just a few days later).
