Alma produces a rather snazzy script to migrate from CentOS which works really well. I'm told it also works with Rocky, but I haven't tried it.

An easy shortcut though, in case you have to hand type it out somewhere, is https://rockylinux.org/migrate2rocky.sh https://rockylinux.org/migrate2rocky.sh
