On what service? I have done a lot of military SATCOM, and our normal rount-trip latencies to geostationary could be as low as ~560ms. Not anything like as low

On what service? I have done a lot of military SATCOM, and our normal rount-trip latencies to geostationary could be as low as ~560ms. Not anything like as low as LEO (which are far, far closer to earth) but not unusable.
