- lleb97a 4y agoI'm with you. I'll use the self service in shop but I never use the app.
- switch007 4y agoThey penalise you with enforced waiting time here in the UK (if it’s not per training to ignore you for a set amount of time, I’d be very surprised) Still worth it though. Their machines are awful - way too big and bad at input

- yurishimo 4y agoMost of the ones in the US have humans. They also have kiosks, but if you really want to talk to a person, you can.
