The Interrotron
- _carbyau_ 4y agoIs this a straight up ad?
- mypastself 4y agoPerhaps, but it’s an interesting concept (used to great effect in Errol Morris’ interview films with Robert McNamara and Donald Rumsfeld, among others), and they explain a DIY approach at the end.
- tokai 4y agoNo its a product page.
- egorfine 4y agoWell it certainly looks like one, but this is still a useful bit of information.
- labrador 4y agoI've watched a lot of Errol Morris and liked the Interrotron interviews but after awhile I noticed there's a certain feeling of artificiality, a feeling that there is a strange mechanism at work in between the two people.
- forth_fool 4y agoIt seems this technique is getting more pervasive. With such interviews, I always got the feeling these people are talking to a machine. Now that I learned about the Interrotron, I know they are talking to a machine.
