Upstate of SC (so AC is a must), prefer windows, up to 20k budget. Have to get approval from HOA. Spousal attention is directed to this project so no room to DIY and mess it up 3 times :)
- chiefalchemist 4y agoNo chance of temporarily taking the fence down? You might be able to use a camper for that price and just park it 'round back. Mind you some of these are top quality and the price reflects that but worth looking for inspiration? https://www.airstreammarketplace.com/ https://www.airstreammarketplace.com/ TBH DIY wouldn't be that hard. Long before the internet my father got books from the library and - sans the cement work / foundation - put an addition on the house. And yeah, a small 8 x 8 shed out back. I'm confident YouTube could guide you. Just job out the electrical for safety's sake ;)
