It was preventable without nuclear too, so I don't see why it would have made a difference.
- ben_w 4y agoNuclear 20+ years ago, before PV was cheaper than basically everything, would have displaced quite a lot of fossil fuels. While I don't see a long term future for fission, I'm still quite happy with it being rolled out wherever politicians decide to, simply because I see a value in diversity of supply.
