It would more accurate to say: The foreign-owned factories in Arizona will be partially subsidized by the the American taxpayers. It's also interesting that this press release reprint (?) makes no mention of news jobs created, how well paying those jobs might be, or any other promised economic benefit. Maybe it safe to presume it's mostly robots and that Apple and TSMC will be the biggest winners.
